A bit of a flashback to the early 70’s, an era when the big guitar factories figured we all wanted stained and natural wood finishes. This so called “Walnut” finish showed up on several semi acoustics, some of which were brand new models, so 50 years later, those finishes have some history behind them. This 335 is only a couple of years old and is as new, with it’s equally as new case and case candy. They went back further when it comes to the features on this one, with dot inlays, stop tailpiece and gold “tophat” knobs, it is what you got with a 1958-60 version. A really good example of a 335, no matter what era it is compared to. Come down and see if you agree.
