2005 makes this a 8 year old Custom Shop Stratocaster I reckon! 2 Tone sunburst puts it in a timeframe! This was the colour that was the Standard during the 50’s...One piece Maple Canadian Rock Maple neck, an Alder Body, Single Layer White Pickguard, Pickup Covers and Knobs, 3 Raised Pole Pickups, wound hot like they were in the 50’s, 4 Bolt Neckplate etc, you get the picture...This one was ordered with Jumbo Frets, is particularly light and resonant...It is of course part of the Fender Custom Shop “Time Machine Series” and is based on a ’56 Strat, we also have one of those in our Vintage Vault, they pretty much nailed it, typically it has a Soft V Neck shape and has what I would call a “medium” Relic treatment...It certainly looks the part and I am sure you’ll agree! Think Stevie Ray with this one!
