Made by Gibson, almost 60 years ago, in their Kalamazoo factory, as the equivalent of their famous ES175, though it is actually a very different guitar. With their 17” wide body, 2 Mini Humbuckers, their unique Vibrola Tremolo, Block Inlays, 25&1/2” Scale. This example has the desirable 1-11/16” Nut width and plays it and sounds great, not just as a Jazz Guitar, which is probably its intended role, it sounds gret for most styles in fact. Worth a visit to the store for a play.
