One of Gibson’s lesser known models that showed up in the 1970’s for a 5 or 6 year period. The obvious design idea behind this one was to morph an ES335, with a Les Paul and I think they got that aspect right. Combining an interesting pickup set, with some equally interesting switching, to create a bunch of pretty useful tones. Plenty to like about these guys, they’re fun to play. Here in Australia, those in the know call this one the “Paul Kelly Model”…😎
