From a really good period for Maton Acoustic Guitars, Bill May, the Company's founder was still at the helm and they made really good sounding Guitars! They were very well put together and accordingly this now 40 year old 12 string is still in fine shape, both cosmetically and playably. if you are after a 12 string, look no further, this one will do the job for you! Gloss finished, Sitka Spruce Top, with a Queensland Maple Body, Rosewood Fretboard, it all adds up to a real good sounding guitar.
