2007 makes it 16 years old, but it looks like new and plays as good as any Tele going around. The Black Bound Body is a great look and surprise of all surprises, It sounds just like a Tele should. This is a TL-62 series guitar, meaning it is based on a 1962 "Slab Board" era Telecaster and accordingly, the specs are the same as those on the American Vintage series guitar, but at around two thirds of the price. If I weren't such a vintage guitar snob and I don't apologise for that, this one would be right up my alley...
